We built the LoyaltyMate app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by LoyaltyMate at no cost and is intended for use as is.

The Personal Information that we collect is used for sign up via this app and used to identify you when you are joining and are using the service at any of the stores associated with this app. Your information will not be shared except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using this Service, LoyaltyMate may require you to provide certain personal identifiable information, including but not limited to First Name, Last Name, Email Address. The information that is requested will be retained in LoyaltyMate database. The information that you provide is available only to the businesses you choose to sign up to via this app.

This includes information such as hardware model, operating system, browser, IP address, mobile network including phone number, and device identifiers. Device location information is collected if you use the location features, such as view locations nearby or find locations and the like, and for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes such as if you are having trouble with the app’s location features.

While using the Service:

Certain features will use services outside of LoyaltyMate including Phone, email, internet browser at your request. These features do not share any of your information that you have provided to LoyaltyMate.
