Grew to serve hundreds of venues across New Zealand, from small cafés to large hotel restaurants, establishing a reputation for reliability and local support.
Launched commission-free online ordering — years before it became an industry standard — giving NZ venues a way to take orders online without paying platform fees.
Released the POSbiz Insights mobile app, giving venue owners real-time sales data from anywhere in the world — a first for NZ hospitality software.
Launched integrated online reservations, completing the full-stack hospitality platform: POS, online ordering, reservations, and analytics in one system.
MenuMate became POSbiz — a new name reflecting a broader vision: a complete business platform for modern hospitality, not just a point-of-sale system.
